That being said, the eyes and glasses are a little out of focus. Usually the eyes are the most important part of any portrait, so it really hurts the picture as a whole when they're not in focus.
Also, (and maybe this is just a personal bias of mine) I'm not a fan of sepia tone when it doesn't look appropriate to the photograph. Here, there's little that really reeks of retro; you look like a modern girl, and this looks like a modern photograph. Maybe a full-color or black-and-white photo would be better-suited for the subject here.
Otherwise, good photo. It gives off a sort of mysterious vibe.
Yeah, the eyes bug me a little, too. And about the sepia, I was trying to figure out how many different kinds of filters my digital has so I was testing out each one. This one just came out so great that I didn't think I could recapture the same effect, you know?
